A little about me

Hi, I'm Kayla!
My passion for coaching and fitness began in my early teenage years as a high-performance athlete. I competed as a synchronized swimmer for over a decade, representing Team Manitoba. My love for the sport inspired me to start coaching at just 15 years old, and I worked my way up to achieve one of my proudest milestones: coaching Team Manitoba at the 2019 Canada Winter Games.

This passion for coaching and sport guided me toward earning a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Manitoba in 2020. Since then, I have continued my professional development through certifications in personal training, sport-specific training, and women’s health.

I specialize in supporting women through every stage of their fitness journey from young adults to seniors. I understand the unique challenges women face when it comes to exercise, including hormonal fluctuations, anxiety in busy gym environments, balancing childcare, and navigating women's health concerns. My personalized training programs and positive coaching style are tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring a safe, effective, and empowering fitness experience.
