A little about me

Hi, I'm Kayla!
My passion for fitness and coaching began in my early teenage years as a high-performance synchronized swimmer, where I competed for over a decade representing Team Manitoba. I started coaching at just 15 years old and went on to coach Team Manitoba at the 2019 Canada Winter Games.
I earned my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba in 2020 and have continued my education through certifications in personal training, sport-specific training, and women’s health.
Today, I specialize in helping women build strength and confidence through every stage of life, with a particular passion for prenatal and postnatal fitness. As a mom to a busy little girl, I understand firsthand how much life changes after having a baby—from navigating changes in your body to finding time for yourself and fitting exercise into a busy schedule. This experience has given me an even deeper understanding of what moms need from their fitness journey.
My goal is to make exercise realistic, approachable, and empowering, while creating personalized programs that work with your life—not against it.
